Fun Sun City Family Short Break

Days 1-3: Experience the Sun City Entertain Complex

Arrive at O.R Tambo International Airport and collect your rental car, before driving yourself to Sun City and the Cabanas Hotel.

After settling into your Ground Lake Family Room, set off to explore the large family-friendly hotel for the next three days. Let your children explore their own separate entertainment areas - Kamp Kwena, the Animal Farm or Waterworld while you relax and enjoy the swimming pool, the gardens or the grown up water sports at the famous Waterworld.

Days 4-5: Head out on a Big 5 game drive

After breakfast on the fourth day, say goodbye to Sun City and drive onward to the Bakubung Bush Lodge in the safe, malaria-free Pilanesberg National Park.

Enjoy exciting activities such as a game of tennis and volleyball, relaxing beside the swimming pool, or heading out on a guided bush walk or game drive to see the famous Big 5. For smaller children, there is a children's playground, kiddies' menu and babysitting available.

Day 6: Saying goodbye to the Pilanesburg

Today, after breakfast, your family journey comes to an end with a drive back to OR Tambo Airport. Here you'll return your hired car and begin your own onward arrangements.
